Terms and Conditions
1. Data Retention and Support
Customer and shop data will be retained and supported for a period of one year, provided the account remains active. An active account is defined as one that maintains an ongoing subscription and has seen at least one login or transaction within the last 90 days.
2. Inactive Accounts and Data Retrieval
In the event that an account becomes inactive (due to cancellation, failed payment, or prolonged lack of use), the shop owner will have up to two weeks (14 days) from the date of inactivity to request and retrieve their data.
3. Data Responsibility
After the aforementioned two-week period, the company will no longer be responsible for retaining or recovering the data. It is the sole responsibility of the shop owner to ensure they have exported and secured their data within the provided timeframe.
4. Usage Policy
By using RepairDoc, you agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding electronic repair and customer data privacy. Misuse of the platform for illegal activities will result in immediate account termination.
