Your data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) using modern encryption standards. Each shop is allocated an isolated or shared database identifier to ensure data segregation and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Data Usage

Stored data is used exclusively to provide the services offered by RepairDoc, including ticketing, inventory management, and reporting. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third-party advertisers.

4. User Privacy Rights

You maintain full ownership of your data. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your shop's data at any time through our support channels. Data retrieval requests are honored within our 14-day retention window upon account inactivity.

5. Data Security Measures

We employ industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and Firestore security rules to protect your sensitive information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with various third-party providers to enhance our service:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store full credit card details.
• Email Services: For sending notifications and verification codes.
